Abundance is a concept often debated in spiritual and entrepreneurial circles. Here’s what my friend Alex Mandossian says to trigger your thoughts on how you define abundance…

Entrepreneurs commonly use the catch-phrase “thinking BIG,” but they really mean the same thing.

Understanding abundance is experiential and therefore that’s how it must be understood … it can’t just be explained.

Still, the best part of having an abundance mindset is being able to connect to people of different values and beliefs.

It instantly sustains inclusivity even with people who are dramatically different.

POP QUIZ: What do Mother Theresa and Donald Trump have most in common?

The answer is their abundance mind-set.

Donald Trump says, “If you’re going to think anyway, you might as well think big.”

Mother Theresa said: “The more we discover the magnitude and abundance of God’s gifts, the more we
will find ourselves.”

Again, the abundance mindset creates connections.

Bucky Fuller had this to say about the abundance mindset:

“The condition of planet earth is abundance . How our political, military, financial and legal systems are set up is defined by our belief in either scarcity or abundance.

Abundance and scarcity are contextual and foundational ideas. They each give rise to a distinct system of thought and a number of rules, characteristics and measures which only make sense within their own system.”

Above all, the abundance -mindset is a choice. In other words, you choose to look through the lens of scarcity, or through the lens of abundance . There is no in-between.

Because there are are so many differing opinions about abundance , my colleagues and I have decided to conduct this worldwide survey get more opinions – your opinion – on this highly debated topic.

The Best Four Footballers In The Premier League

Who would you say are the best four English footballers that are playing in the Premier League? This is the type of conversation that one has with their mates during the weekend. In this article I will be writing about “my top four”; I hope you enjoy the read.

The Premier League is without doubt the best league for drama, passion and excitement in Europe. Just comparing it with the Italian Serie A and you see that the two leagues are a million miles apart, unless you enjoy watching boring defence minded and extremely one paced football – or unless you are an Italian!

I am not a footballer myself and I am not involved within the media; the following players are just my personal opinion as to the players that I believe merit being in the top four. I am in fact a speech coach offering a stammering course to help people to gain fluency; I am also involved with other projects that include helping people to learn how to play the guitar and a service which enables a company to obtain lower business overheads.

Going back to my top four – the numero uno player has to be Mr Liverpool himself, Steven Gerrard. He is a top class football player. Some would argue that he has never really “done it” for England however I am sure he will put that right in next years World Cup. Steven has been the driving force behind the Liverpool team for the last few seasons and has proven to be an inspiration to his fellow team mates and supporters alike.

Now in second place I have chosen the captain of Chelsea, John Terry. He is a born winner and is also a natural leader. As well as being a dominant central defender who is an excellent reader of the game he also chips in with a few goals.

In third place I have Frank Lampard. This midfield dynamo just seems to get better and better. He is the model professional who like Steven Gerrard scores a great number of goals from midfield. I personally would play Frank in the centre of midfield for England with Gerrard “in the hole”, real football fans will understand what I mean by this.

Then there is the fourth place position and this may be slightly controversial as I have chosen Ashley Cole. I really do not want to pick Ashley as he annoys the hell out of me with his petulant behaviour. He is however an excellent player and his FA Cup final performance in the win against Everton (for Chelsea) was quite outstanding.

Everyone faces their own set of challenges each day, and overcoming these obstacles is part and parcel of personal growth. On occasion, we fail. Thing is, we usually win. But don't realize it. 1. Fear is merely an anticipation.

It never really is as bad as you think they are. Take immediate action and face those fears. Start with the smaller ones since resolving and facing them can give you a sense of achievement which will provide you with the courage to face the larger ones.

2. The present is a gift.

Personal growth is about looking forward and moving into the future. The past is a closed door and time is a one-way route. Recalling fond memories can be rejuvenating, but try to avoid dwelling on the nastier ones. In place of that, appreciate and learn from your past while you celebrate your future. It’s going to happen with or without you.

3. Let your hair down

There are things you can control, and even more things you can’t. It’s futile to stress yourself out over the need to control a situation. Life, like time, is a one-way route and it doesn’t wait for you to control a situation before it gets up and going. So enjoy yourself and don't take life too seriously. No one likes gloom and doom. So loosen up, enjoy yourself and laugh your hearts out.

4. Be firm.
Most people often find themselves in situations where they feel cornered and forced to select an option they would not otherwise choose. You have to be assertive about expressing your feelings, opinions and needs but at the same time understand the rights of others. Always remember that it is your right to express your feelings and opinions… and that it is others' right to accept or reject them. The first step to building your confidence is to say "no" to unreasonable requests. Not only does it save us the hassle of complying in silence, but it also prevents negative feelings of isolation, frustration and accusation.

Regression Therapy – Finding Clues to Your Present in Your Past

By going through these methods of correction, we can re-pattern the energy fields that surround us by rewriting them into harmony, care, tranquility and gentleness.

Mind Power And The Ancients

If we believe in something strongly enough, will occur. What we can imagine, we will bring to us as our minds have the power of a magnet. This is known as the law of attraction. It is a potent function of the mind. Think, feel and believe you are going to have a wonderful life, and you will begin to create it. This is something you must practice, but when you work to imagine what you want to achieve, then it can begin to occur. The mind is an amazing and powerful entity.

mind power – We only use about 10% of our minds. It is hard to believe that so much of it is being wasted every day of our lives. We do things the easy way, the way that appears right in front of us not realizing how powerful our minds really are. We complain that our lives are hard and unfulfilling because we do not believe that anything good can happen to us. Because we think negatively we attract more of the same into our lives and create what we don’t want. What we think is what our life becomes.

The reality of life first happens within the mind. Whatever you have accumulated thus far has been a result of your mind power. It has been said that everyone has psychic and extra sensory skills or ‘powers’, but in reality, it is simply a state of advanced mind power. If there is something that you want in life, then all you have to do is think it. Those who are always expecting the worst will always end up with the worst.

There are a few things that you can do to start to increase your existing amount of mind power. One of those things involves the use of visualization. This is a very powerful technique because it will help you to exercise your current state of mind power, and might possibly be able to ‘flip the switch on’ for you in terms of gaining more.

Sit down and start pushing images to your powerful subconscious mind. You can do this by writing things down. Keep them positive so that it is only positive things that you draw to your life. Start by thinking about how you want your life to be and then you can start this process.

If you have to, write everything down on a piece of paper, kind of like a story. Think about the goals that you have for yourself so that you have something to go with. Create your visions around those goals. When you write things down, it makes it hard for you to forget. Try doing this several times a day until it becomes a reality in the back of your mind.

Another technique to use to increase mind power is affirmations. Affirmations are positive things that you think or say to yourself throughout the day. They encourage you to think positivity and to work towards your goals. They can be about anything positive that you want to happen in your life. Just keep using them every day. You should do this for 28 days straight, even if it feels weird, in 28 days it will naturally become a habit.

Developing more mind power can also be done by brainwave entrainment. This is simply brainwave synchronization that involves the use of different frequencies through audio technology. Our brains have the natural ability to do several things. One of them consists of the power to heal itself. This can be turned on even more through this type of advanced audio technology. Other things consist of the ability to enhance memory and bring into effect our already existing psychic powers. Different frequencies can do a whole lot concerning mind power. This is a very advanced type of procedure, but it works wonders.

A frequently used method to expand mind power is hypnosis. Hypnosis is used to relax the body and open up access to the subconscious mind. It has been used as an effective treatment to help people quit smoking. Through repeated sessions, a person sits and relaxes as someone tells them over and over that they are ready to quit smoking, that they no longer have the desire to smoke, and that they can and will quit smoking. They are convinced in their subconscious mind that they can quit and so they do.

Mind power is something that everyone has. It is all about believing in it. It is not usually an overnight occurrence, but with time you will change your life and you will draw in good luck. You have to send out those positive vibes and draw them back in to manifest in your life. You just have to start with your subconscious mind and harnessing that mind power.

Discovering greatness leads you to a path of great joy

What is greatness? This is a question we all need to spend time considering because it will be different for us all especially if discovering greatness is a journey you are thinking about taking. Let me share with you what greatness is for me.

Writer Diane Corriette says “When I think about my own greatness I think about the feeling that comes when I connect to the universal energy known as God (or Source/Creator), when I stand in complete faith and believe that whatever I have asked for will be delivered. When I pray for others and spend time making people laugh. My greatness isn't one thing but a multitude of things that leave me feeling at peace, connected and always confident.”

Fear and guilt can not live when my greatness is present. When I connect to how great I am doubt and scarcity no longer have a chance. I am vibrant and my natural energy (or aura) attracts people and things into my life like bees to a flower in bloom.

The important words to remember here are "when I am connected" because I know that if I turn away from Source then my life isn't as joyful as it is when greatness is present.

Worry becomes the ruler of my life, and fear about how things will turn out takes over. Once fear and worry take over my life the events that were once so easy to deal with become difficult. Earning an income becomes difficult and money may stop coming in all together which then brings on fear and worry and more of the same.

The good news is that no matter where your life is right now, no matter how bad things have become, at any moment you can choose to turn it around with one simple thought “I can choose to be happy despite my current circumstances”

It was that one thought that began to turn my life around after two years of disconnecting from source to ‘do it my way’ and making a complete mess of it. I awoke one morning and a voice whispered ‘despite how bad you think things are you can still choose to be happy’ The simple act of choosing to be happy put me on the path of reconnecting back to everything I had turned away from.

I share that story to highlight that on your path to greatness there will be times when you turn away from what is working because you believe that you know best. Or perhaps everything is working fine and you think you are okay to do it alone, but if you are truly one who has had God in your life then He will patiently wait until you are ready to turn back to Him – and that is usually after messing everything up and landing in trouble!

The gold in this situation (because there always is a lesson to learn or "gold" in every situation) is that I experienced what I was like without greatness and it did not feel good. I had to experience who I do not want to be in order to know when I am experiencing who I do want to be, which is great.

What greatness means to you and why you would choose to begin the journey of discovering your greatness is something you and your Creator can answer together. It may not always be an easy path. Challenges will be thrown at you thick and fast as a way to heal your past and highlight how and why you limit yourself. As you heal those past events and unblock your limiting behavior your life transforms.

Discovering greatness is a journey with no end because as soon as you feel you have found the greatness within you something will happen to show you there is still more greatness to find. This is one of the major keys to always ensure you move towards self realization.

What I can tell you is that it will change your way of being in the world. You will enjoy a continuous feeling of joy - not fleeting happiness - but true long lasting joy no matter what circumstances come your way. Your life as you know it will never be the same.

How To Stop Stuttering

Have you heard about the latest therapy for stammering? Now this is not your usual treatment via your local speech and language therapist, this is what is known as “specialist stammering treatment”. Why? The reason for this is because the speech coach is a person that has previously had a stammer.

Steve Hill, aged 35 and from Birmingham, UK, developed a stammer when he was just four years of age. He attended various forms of speech therapy but this did little to help.

Mr Hill had a single life-time goal or ambition which was to some how achieve fluency. Steve was told by his local speech and language therapist that there was not a cure for stammering but despite this he continued on his quest to achieve fluency.

Steve could and would not accept that there was not a cure for stammering. He truly believes that there is only one way that a person should think, positively.

Steve eventually managed to overcome his stammer at the age of 22 after formulating his own fluency techniques.

He now teaches these techniques to other people who stutter and does this via a one-to-one speech course. There are also a number of self-help stammering therapy options available for those people who are unable to attend a course; these include an audio-book, an e-book and a DVD.

Stuttering is clearly a problem that affects many people of all ages around the world. It is always worth spending to research in this situation.

Balancing Your Body With Chakra Meditation

Meditation is normally considered as one of the most powerful types of understanding someone’s religious being, and in the procedure, any one can easily live a fit and attentive life. *Throat Chakra is situated at the base of the throat. It is related to the ‘Sound’ element, which governs our creativity, communication ability, and resonance.

*The Third Eye Chakra, or Brow Chakra is located between the eyebrows and represents the element “Light”. This Chakra controls perception, imagination and related functions.

*Crown Chakra is situated at the top of the head. It is related to the ‘thought’ element, which governs our wisdom, knowledge, and consciousness.

A concentrated mind working towards the achievement of synchronized movements of these seven Chakras in the body can truly bring incalculable rewards in one’s life. The body, mind, and soul would become stress-free and you’ll emerge as a better-informed human being who can easily see the spiritual side to every materialistic possession in this world. One can also achieve natural healing for bodily and mental ailments just by bringing the seven energy centers in consonance with each other.

Chakra Meditation Unleashed

In essence, Chakra Meditation consists of three techniques, or steps which must be performed.

*Grounding Technique. As is evident from its name, the Grounding Technique makes your body feel connected with the Earth. The application of this technique is pretty simple. Just visualize a root growing from your body and entering into the Earth. Easier it may sound, but requires intense concentration and mental awareness while performing the Grounding Technique.

*Centering – this technique is intended to prepare you for the benefits which Chakra Meditation has to offer. Take a few (three to five ) deep breaths and visualize your entire body relaxing – from the top of your head to your toes. The next step is to visualize a piece of pottery being centered on a pottery wheel.

*Relaxation – this is the last step in Chakra Meditation. Everyone has their own ways of relaxing; there is no one right way, nor a wrong way to relax.

Here is one of the most common methods of performing Chakra Meditation.

*Sit comfortably or lie down in a comfortable position.

*Untie all your clothing so that there is no stress on any part of your body, and close your both eyes.

*Breathe in a relaxed manner, which should be neither too fast nor too slow. The idea is to give up the control on your breath, and let it flow naturally, but healthily.

*Try to feel and be aware of every part of your body, beginning at your toes and moving upwards. As you do this, also become conscious of your surroundings, the grass or furniture you are sitting on. Be in the moment and relax.

*All the negative thoughts and emotions should not be avoided. Let them be! With time and regular practice, these thoughts will disappear automatically. Rather, when no such negative emotion disturbs you, that is the time when you should consider that you have perfected the art of Chakra Meditation.

*Don’t hinder your awareness! Let it flow freely from one part of the body to another.

This meditation exercise is beneficial at any time of day or night and may be done for as long as you like – the longer you meditate, the better the results will be.

A Weight Loss Solution For Office Workers

So you work in an office environment and are struggling to control your weight. Why was this? Well you have chosen just about the worst career as there is very little exercise involved, on average. So what is the solution to these weight gaining issues?

Before answering the above question we need to learn why people increase in weight. It is quite simply, in the majority of cases, due to the fact that people eat more calories than they are able to burn off.

In general the type of person who is likely to read this form of article would not be somebody who visits the gym every night after they finish work and therefore these tips are for those who are struggling to control their weight.

I also work in an office environment helping people to obtain cheaper telephone calls and have decided that there is only one answer to my own weight problems. I had to stop eating so many fatty type foods and replace them with healthier options.

I stopped the jacket potatoes with those fatty toppings, I stopped the baguettes and I stopped the club sandwiches. In their place came a couple of bananas, vegetable soup and salads.

I found this weight loss solution after listening to a weight loss audio book that I had managed to purchase online.

I have managed to return to a weight and shape that I am happy with however it has taken a lot of self-discipline.

My overall life has improved as a result and I have managed to gain confidence as a result.

What The Bilble Says About Christian Counseling Debt

Christian Counseling Debt and The Bible

“The king was filled with pity for him, and he released him and forgave his debt.” Matthew 18:27

Is debt biblical? It is not a sin to be in indebtedness but the Bible does have a lot to say about being good stewards of what we have been blessed with. The bigger sin is being too prideful to admit your need and your current financial state and seek help or counsel. There are recommended Christian counseling centers to help with Christian debt elimination. The sooner you can get help the sooner bills and debts can be corralled and brought under control. It is a humbling ordeal to go through, but others share this same experience. We gain from our our life experiences to better serve the Lord and to reinforce our faith. If you have a financial situation do not hesitate to seek Christian debt counseling remedies because someday you may be able give spiritual or financial help  to a fellow Christian, family member or co-worker.

We are called to spend our money wisely. Sometimes we see ourselves in debt for very good reasons. There could be an illness, rendering you unable to work. In these precarious times, we are seeing more and more people being laid off or hours cut substantially. There are regular monthly payments that are due and we may find we do not enough to pay them. Sometimes credit cards are used to pay bills and the debt begins to build. It can become overwhelming and a Christian debt counseling solutions may be needed.

Pray First

Take everything to the Lord in prayer.  Does this denote everything you pray for will be given to you?  The Lord always answers our prayers, not in the way we may have expected or in the same time frame we expect. Jesus prayed when He was on earth.  He prayed while in the desert and also he prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane.  Jesus prayed that the cup He was about to partake of be taken from Him.  He still had to go through what He was sent to do, die for our sins and transgressions.  We may still have to endure some trials for the situation we are in, but He has promised to take care of us.
